It started with an animal sanctuary
In early 2025, we were asked to help organise a charity dance fitness day raising money for Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary.
The event had multiple sessions throughout the day (Dance HIIT, Boost Fit, and Bodydance) and attendees needed to pick which classes they wanted to book into.
Simple enough in theory. But none of the tools we looked at handled it well. So we built one. And it worked brilliantly.
What if every community organiser had this?
The form was simple: pick your sessions, tell us your name and email, we'll confirm your booking.
But underneath, it had features most tools don't combine: capacity limits, live counters, confirmations, and a clean admin panel.
